Changelog

What we shipped.

Every change that reaches the product, in the order it arrived. The small fixes are here too.

A new look, and a way to reach a human

The product moved onto its 2026 design system, and asking for help stopped meaning writing an email and hoping.

  • New

You can ask for help from inside the app. Settings has a support form, and what you send opens a case that a person works through, rather than landing in an engineering backlog where it waits behind everything else.

  • Improved

Every screen wears the new Trailwise look: one accent colour used as a fill rather than as a word, calmer type, and more room around the numbers that carry the answer.

Sleep you can trust, and same-day Apple Health

  • Improved

Sleep confidence now says how much of the score your device actually supplied. A night your watch barely recorded no longer reads as certainty it never had.

  • Fixed

A push from Apple Health rescores the day it belongs to straight away. Before this, an overnight sync could leave the dashboard reading yesterday.

Connections and settings, rebuilt

Thirteen data sources, one grid, and a settings area you can find things in.

  • New

Every data source has its own card and its own page. You can see what is connected, when it last synced, and switch individual streams on or off without disconnecting the whole source.

  • Improved

Settings is reorganised into twelve sections with plain names, and every link elsewhere in the product now points at the exact setting it means instead of the top of a long page.

  • Improved

You can choose how dense the training log is, and the choice stays put across sessions.

  • Fixed

A connector that lost its permission before its first sync no longer prints a sentence with a hole where the date should be.

Charts you can read without seeing them

  • New

Every chart carries a written description and a real data table underneath it. The numbers are now reachable by screen reader, by keyboard, and by anyone who would rather read a figure than squint at it.

  • New

Load, readiness and your agenda show your own typical range rather than a generic one, so a normal week for you looks normal on the page.

  • New

The fuelling floor publishes the constants it is built on, at Settings, How it works. If the coach tells you to eat more, you can see the arithmetic behind it.

  • Improved

Trailly tells you where you stand against your weekly allowance and why, instead of going quiet when it runs out.
