These terms govern your use of Trailwise, a running-coaching service currently offered in private beta. Trailwise is provided by the Trailwise entity (the operator). By using the service you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and access: access is by invitation (allowlist), and you must be at least 16 years old to use Trailwise.

Not medical advice: Trailwise provides training and recovery guidance for information only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Always consult a doctor before making significant changes to your training, and use the guidance at your own risk.

Acceptable use: do not use Trailwise to break the terms of any connected provider (for example Strava), do not attempt to access other users' data, and do not disrupt or misuse the service.

Your data and connections: you can stop using Trailwise and delete your account and data at any time from your privacy and data settings. How we handle your data is described in the privacy notice.

Availability and changes: the service is provided as it is during the beta, and features may change or be unavailable. We may update these terms; if changes are material we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Suspension and termination: the operator may suspend or end access to keep the service secure, to comply with a provider agreement, or in case of a breach of these terms.

Liability: to the fullest extent permitted by law, Trailwise is provided without warranties and the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian law, including your rights as a consumer.

Governing law: these terms are governed by Belgian law, and any disputes fall under the competent courts of Belgium.
