Trailwise BV, a private limited company under Belgian law. Registered office: Wetteren, Belgium. Enterprise number (KBO/BCE) and VAT number: to be published on completion of registration with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises. Directors: the founders.

Supervision and disputes

Trademarks and content
Trailwise is a trade name and trademark of Trailwise BV. Strava, Polar, WHOOP, Oura, Withings, Intervals.icu, Garmin, Fitbit, Apple Health, Google and all other marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products and services. The content of this site is protected by copyright.
Food data
The food database in Trailwise combines the following sources. It contains information from Open Food Facts (openfoodfacts.org), which is made available here under the Open Database License (ODbL). A copy of the Open Food Facts data as used in Trailwise, including our changes to it, is available on request at the contact address above, under the same licence. It also uses the CIQUAL French food composition table by ANSES (Etalab Open Licence 2.0), USDA FoodData Central (public domain), the German Bundeslebensmittelschlüssel (BLS 4.0) by the Max Rubner-Institut, and the UK Composition of Foods Integrated Dataset (CoFID, Open Government Licence v3.0). It also uses data from Swiss Food Composition Database V 7.1, Federal Food Safety and Veterinary Office FSVO, naehrwertdaten.ch. Values are taken over from these sources and may contain errors; where an exact value matters, check the product label.
Hosting
The service is hosted on Google Cloud in the European Union. The full list of processors is on the subprocessors page.
Not a medical device
Trailwise is wellness software for healthy adults. It is not a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, monitor or prevent any disease.
