Your training, connected.
Bring activities, recovery data and your calendar into one coaching view. Connected services, intermediaries and uploaded files provide different data. Choose the route that fits your setup.
Find your connection route
The data available depends on your device, account permissions and the history each service exposes. A brand name alone does not mean every measurement can transfer.
Strava
Direct connection
Import recorded activities from your authorised Strava account. This route does not bring across the full overnight or body-metric history of every connected watch.
Access during beta also depends on provider approval and connection limits.
Polar
Direct connection
Bring in training sessions, sleep and supported recovery and activity measurements through Polar AccessLink.
Available measurements and history depend on your device and permissions.
WHOOP and Oura
Direct connections
Bring in workouts, sleep and supported recovery measurements. The two services expose different fields.
WHOOP requires an active membership. Oura permissions affect which data streams arrive.
Withings
Direct connection
Bring in supported measurements such as weight, body composition, blood pressure and activity.
The data available depends on your devices and the permissions you grant.
Intervals.icu
Connection through an intermediary
Import activities and wellness data available in your Intervals.icu account. This route also supports planned-workout exchange.
Only data available to that account can pass through. Your linked sources and permissions determine the coverage.
Garmin and Suunto
Through Intervals.icu or activity files
Use a supported link to Intervals.icu, or upload an exported FIT, TCX or GPX activity file.
Trailwise has no direct Garmin or Suunto sign-in. An activity file does not replace a complete overnight-data history.
COROS
Activity-file import
Upload a supported FIT, TCX or GPX activity export.
Trailwise has no direct COROS sign-in. Only fields present in the file and recognised by the importer can transfer.
Apple Health
Paired iPhone bridge
Transfer authorised health measurements through the paired Trailwise iPhone bridge. Beta access requires a test build.
This bridge does not import workouts. Apple Watch activities need a separate route, such as Strava.
Google Health
Availability to confirm
The Google Health connection is being confirmed during beta.
Check access before relying on this route for your training or recovery data.
Make room in your calendar
Google Calendar can provide your commitments and receive planned workouts. Apple or iCloud Calendar uses a published .ics feed and is read-only. Calendar connections are separate from wearable health data.
Bring the history you can export
FIT, TCX and GPX activity files and supported CSV formats offer another route. Import coverage depends on the format and fields in the export. Missing sleep, heart-rate or elevation records cannot be recovered from a file that never contained them.
Check what arrived
- Choose a recent activity and compare its date, duration and distance with the original.
- Check overnight measurements separately from activities. One successful run import does not prove that sleep or HRV is connected.
- Review source controls when two services carry the same data. Keep track of the original source and any gaps.
Put your data in context
Trailwise reads training, recovery signals and check-ins together. Connection coverage shapes what the coach can explain. See how the product fits your running and compare the published plans.
