trailwise

You define the direction, Trailwise monitors.

An assistant coach that supports every athlete daily and takes care of your admin. Agreements, invoices and payments managed for you. Your hours go where your judgment matters.

Time is your scarcest resource.

Exporting data from one platform, chasing a reply on another, retyping next week by hand, reconciling four athletes on four different device ecosystems…

You spend countless hours on administration, following up on payments, ensuring you replied to every WhatsApp message…

Meanwhile the athlete who has been quietly struggling for three weeks does not come up until the monthly call, because nothing surfaced them.

None of that is coaching. All of it is where your time goes.

What changes

You get paid without chasing it

Offer, agreement, invoice, payment, one flow.

An athlete accepts your offer in one click, and the payment method is captured there. Trailwise numbers and sends every invoice under your own name and branding. Unpaid ones get a reminder on day 3, 7 and 14. Suspending someone over an unpaid invoice stays your decision. Your bookkeeper gets one export a month. It is not bookkeeping and it is not your tax return.

Your athletes, your rates, your relationship

Not a marketplace.

Trailwise does not sit between you and the people you coach. Trailwise takes no cut of your fee. You pay the card cost and a small flat fee per invoiced athlete. Athletes arrive through a link you generate from your roster, and they decide which categories of their data you can see, per coach, revocable at any time. That protects them, and it protects you.

You see who needs you, before they tell you

Your whole roster, triaged before breakfast.

Every athlete is ranked red, amber or green each day, each with one plain line on why. The daily email only arrives when something deserves attention, so a quiet inbox is good news rather than homework. The reason is always phrased as worth a conversation, never as a diagnosis.

Everything in one place, and you still decide

One click opens what the athlete chose to share.

Recovery trend, sleep, training load, nutrition signals, their own check-ins, and what Trailwise has already said to them. No more assembling a picture out of screenshots and voice notes. Trailwise does the mechanical layer. The call on what actually happens stays yours.

A normal Tuesday

  1. Six o’clock

Nothing in your inbox, which means the roster is green and you get your morning back.

  2. Nine o’clock

One amber: an athlete’s recovery has been sliding for eleven days while her training has not.

  3. One click

The brief is one click, the picture is already assembled, and you send the message yourself because that part was always the job.

  4. And that is it

She replies before lunch. You did not open a single export.

Start with tomorrow morning.

Bring the roster you already have and the way you already coach.

Get started

The part nobody else does

Most coaching tools help you deliver the plan. Write it, send it, see who complied. They assume you already know which athlete needs you today. That assumption holds at five athletes and quietly stops holding at fifteen. Trailwise starts from the opposite end: your attention is the scarce thing, so the first job is deciding where it goes.

That is also why the record matters. You cannot see an eleven day slide in a week of data. A pattern only exists if something remembers far enough back to see it.
