How do I connect Apple Health?
Apple Health has no web connection, so it needs the Trailwise app on your iPhone. That app is not in the App Store yet: during the beta, ask for access through Settings > Help > Ask for help. Once it is installed, generate a one-time pairing code on the Apple Health source page and enter it in the app. It then sends your heart rate, HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, respiration, skin temperature, SpO2, steps and body measurements to Trailwise. It does not send workouts: Apple Watch workouts reach Trailwise through Strava. You pair one iPhone at a time: pairing a new one ends the old pairing. You can disconnect at any time. When the app pushes new data, that day's scores are worked out again straight away rather than waiting for the nightly run. Disconnecting stops the app sending and keeps what was already imported; Delete imported data on the same page removes it.
