What does the Withings connection bring in?

Weight and body composition, blood pressure, daily steps, workouts, sleep (stages, HRV, resting heart rate and breathing rate), and all-day heart rate and steps. You choose which of these to share under Data types. Blood pressure starts switched off when you first connect, because your coaching does not use it: tick it there to bring it in. A connection you made earlier keeps the choice it already had.

Withings accounts created after 12 October 2026 need an active Withings+ membership from Withings to share data with Trailwise. Accounts created before that date are not affected. If no new Withings readings arrive for a few days, the Withings card says so and names the likely reasons.

A weigh-in that Withings could not tie to you for certain, for example on a scale your household shares, is skipped, so someone else's weight never lands in your history. New readings arrive soon after your device syncs with the Withings app, because Withings tells Trailwise about them. Disconnecting stops new data and removes Trailwise's access at Withings; what was already imported stays until you delete it.
