What does the activities feed show?

Every session from every connected source, newest first and grouped by week, with each week's totals and Load. Each row says how the session matched what was planned: matched, close, partial, unplanned or needs review. A header puts this week in context: sessions done against planned, Load against your typical range, and climbing against the plan.

You can filter by Type (Run, Walk, Ride, Swim, Strength, Other), by Status (Matched, Partial, Unplanned, Needs review), by Source and by Range, from the last 7 days to all time, and search by activity name. Sessions from Strava, Intervals.icu, a FIT file or a Garmin export keep the exact sport type their source recorded, such as a trail run, a virtual ride or a Garmin-specific type, and so do sessions from Polar, WHOOP, Oura and Withings where those name the sport. A session already in Trailwise gets its exact type the next time its source sends it. A line under the filters says how many duplicate records from different sources were merged. If a filter leaves nothing, the page says so in its own words instead of showing an empty box.
