What is on the Seven signals page?
- Your seven Trailwise scores lead the page, grouped as Daily state (Sleep, Readiness, Sentinel and Reserves) and Longer horizon (Resilience, Engine and Load). Your device's own readiness number is kept below only as a comparison.
- Latest values for HRV, sleep, resting HR and load.
- A readiness trend over 14, 30 or 90 days, and the last 28 days set against the 28 before. Every chart carries a caption, a written description and a real data table, so nothing on it is only available by hovering.
- A table of your signals against your own normal. Device values such as training readiness, SpO2 and steps appear there as reference rows, and VO2max as a note.
- A Today's check-in card with what you logged this morning, which opens Log today to change it. The injury flag and the weekly niggle check sit on Now.
At the top of the page, Trailwise's daily call turns all of this into a short plan for today.
