How do I log a check-in?

Use Log today, which opens as a pop-up from Now or Seven signals so you never lose your place. Save once per day; if you have already logged today, the form pre-fills so you can adjust and re-save. You can also set the date to log a day that has no entry yet. Inside the coaching area the Log today button is not shown, because that screen is about running a coaching business rather than about your own training.
