Can I change how Trailwise behaves?

Yes. Settings > Trailwise opens on Memory, what Trailwise has remembered. A link on that page opens Trailwise's settings, where you set its voice and style, how proactive it is, what data it may use, whether it keeps a memory at all, and where you review your consent. Your plan-autonomy choice shows there too. The boundaries you set for your own training live on Settings > Your athlete profile.
