Is there a limit on how much I can chat?

Yes. Chatting with Trailwise has a weekly allowance that depends on your plan, counted over a rolling seven days. Only your own messages count: Trailwise's replies, the daily call, digests and flags are all free. The notification bell warns you as you approach the limit and, once you reach it, tells you the exact day your next conversation frees up.
