Do I have to agree to anything first?

Yes. When you create your account, you give your explicit consent for Trailwise to process your health data (an older account is asked on its next visit). Until you agree, every AI feature waits, the chat included: nothing of yours goes to the AI model, and the rest of Trailwise keeps working. Before your first chat you also accept a short intended-use and health-data notice: Trailwise gives general training guidance, not medical advice. If either of these materially changes, you are asked to accept it again.
