How do I talk to my coach?

Through the conversation in My coaching: one-to-one threads, and groups where your coach runs one. Messages cannot be edited or taken back once sent, by either of you. Your coach can attach images; you cannot attach photos yet, and the screen says so rather than letting you try. If a message of yours sits unread for two hours, your coach gets an email telling them there is something waiting; it never quotes what you wrote. Group invitations are a decision, not a preview: you see nothing at all until you join, not the name, not who is in it, not a single message, and you have to tick that other members will see your name. Joining shows you what was said before you arrived. You can leave any time, and what you wrote stays.
