How do I export or delete my data?

In Settings > Privacy and sharing: Export my data downloads everything Trailwise holds for you, table by table, and names the few things deliberately left out (your encrypted device credentials and the raw files you uploaded) and why. It covers your own account and does not reach into a coaching business's records. Delete my account has its own page under Settings > Account and data. Your Strava and Oura data are deleted as soon as you ask. Everything else is scheduled for deletion with a 30-day grace period during which sign-in is disabled; after that it is permanently removed. The same page lets you delete everything one source sent without deleting your account. If Trailwise ever has to restore a backup, it deletes again the Strava and Oura data deleted in either way, and every account deleted for good. Only a deletion made after the last daily backup could be missed, and only if the live database itself were lost.
