Where are the terms and the privacy notice?

Eight public pages, in all seven languages: the privacy notice, the terms, separate coach terms, How Trailwise uses AI, cookies, the subprocessor list, the minimum age by country and the legal notice. The subprocessor list names every company that processes data on Trailwise's behalf. The minimum age is set per country with an absolute floor of 13, published as a table. Signing in accepts the terms and acknowledges the privacy notice, and your first sign-in is recorded with the version of the documents you accepted.
