Can other people work in my business?

The roles exist, but there is no way to invite a new person into your business from the product today. You manage the people already in it at Settings > Account and data > Your business. There are five roles. Owner can do everything, money included. Head coach handles their own athletes and the paperwork. Assistant does the office work and never sees prices, invoices or amounts. Physio and Dietitian see nothing financial, and see an athlete's data only once that athlete chooses to share it with them. Read this part carefully: an owner or a head coach sees the health data of every athlete who consented to the business. That includes athletes who consented before that person joined, unless the athlete narrowed what that person sees. Removing somebody withdraws nothing, because the consent was never to a person in the first place. The same settings page holds the identity and address printed on your documents, your VAT position with a preview of the exact wording athletes read, your numbering series, your logo, an addendum to your agreement, and your default notice and pause lengths. You also choose the language your own paperwork is written in. That governs your bookkeeper archive and mail about the business, and it does not change the language your athletes read their invoices and agreements in.
