Can Trailwise staff look inside my business?

Not as a matter of course. Nobody at Trailwise holds standing access to a coaching business. Access is a request naming one case, one scope and one end time, it has to be countersigned by a second person, and it expires on its own within 72 hours. You can read the full record of every access window and one line per read. What was opened is logged; what it said is not. That log can never be edited or deleted by anyone, Trailwise included. A staff member can read back only the lines they wrote themselves under the grant they held; you can read all of it.
