How long is coaching data kept?

There is a retention report at Settings > Account and data > Your business > Retention. For each category it shows the rule that would apply, how many records it covers, what a legal hold freezes, and, at the same length, what an erasure would take out and what it would have to keep: invoices, credit notes, payments, their PDFs, the signed agreement, the consents and the audit trail. Financial records are held for 96 months from the invoice date; the real rule is seven years from the close of the financial year, which is why some invoices are kept up to a year longer and none for less. Nothing is deleted or anonymised automatically today. The job that runs each week counts what a rule would cover and writes that down; it destroys nothing, whatever a rule says, and turning that around is a decision somebody takes deliberately rather than a switch that flips on its own.
