What is on Tasks and Prospects?

Tasks is everything waiting on you, grouped Late, Today, This week and Later. It mixes what the system raises (an overdue invoice to chase, an unsigned agreement, a renewal to decide, a pause about to end, onboarding, a collection case) with tasks you write yourself. Marking one done never deletes it. Prospects is a pipeline: Enquiry, Talking, Offer sent, Won, Lost, Archived. You can import a CSV, which previews every row before anything is written, merges nothing into existing records, asks you to state the lawful basis for the list, flags duplicates and names the character encoding it read the file in.
