What is my "typical range"?
It is a band built from your own trailing weeks, so it describes what is normal for you rather than what is normal for anybody. Your weekly Load is labelled against it in five words: well below, below, inside, above or well above your typical range. The band is drawn on the Agenda and on Seven signals, with the numbers it runs between, how many of the last days sat inside it, and roughly how many of your weeks it covers at its widest. Neither edge is wrong on its own. What the range is there for is the question of whether you are outside it on purpose, and for how long. The exact construction, the width, how far a day has to come back inside before its label changes, and when a run of days is flagged, are all published on Settings > Help > How it works.
