Why is a high Sentinel bad?
Sentinel is the one score where higher is worse, and it is labelled that way wherever the number appears, so it is never mistaken for a good result sitting next to Readiness. It also separates three very different situations: the sensor is absent, your normal is still being learned, or a reading has not updated since a given date and today is repeating it.
A wellness flag, not a diagnosis
Sentinel compares you against your own baseline. It is a wellness flag, not a medical diagnosis, and the tiles say so.
